This series on Bible Typologies is based off my notes, which I took as I studied the Bible and various resources on this topic in Feb 2025.

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Gen 1:1, KJV

Story (Gen 1-2:3):

God created heaven and earth in the first six days, and rested on the seventh day.

In the first day, He created light, and divided it from darkness. He called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night.

In the second day, He created a firmament in the midst of waters, to divide the waters from waters.

So that the firmament divided the waters, which were under the firmament, and waters which were above it.

And God called the firmament Heaven.

In the third day, God created dry land, by separating the waters under the heaven unto one place. And so the dry land appeared.

God called the dry land Earth, and the gathering together of the waters, He called Seas.

He also created grass, herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth.

In the fourth day, He created lights in the firmament of heaven to divide day from night, making two great lights, the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night.

He made the stars also, and all the celestial bodies in the heavens / skies, letting them to be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years.

In the fifth day, he created all moving creature in the sea that had life, and fowls of the air that fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.

And God bless them, saying be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.

In the sixth day, God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle, and everything that creeps upon the earth.

Also, but importantly, he created man in His own image, after His likeness, both male and female.

And gave them dominion over the fish of the sea, over the fowl of the air, over the cattle, over all the earth, and every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.

And God blessed them, saying be fruitful and multiply, replenish the earth, and subdue it, and have dominion over every living thing that moves upon the earth.

Finally, on the seventh day, God blessed and sanctified it, because He rested from all His work, He made in creation.

Typology:

The six days of creation represents 6000 years, for one day is a thousand years with the Lord (Psa 90:4, 2 Pet 3:8).

Please refer to Hos 6:2 article, for how Jesus will restore Israel and on the third day they shall live in His sight.

And so God gave us 6000 years, the seventh day or remaining 1000 years is His.

The cross event where Jesus was crucified, had to be at the end of the fourth day, which would be the 4000th year.

And Jesus would come back in 2 days, which is 2000 years.

And some people may say maybe it’s a closed two, or round two.

But God in Rev 20 tells us six times: a thousand years, Satan will be bound, and he will be loosed after a thousand years.

And he repeats thousand six times, and so there is no mistake that He being exact about His seventh day of rest.

Which is exactly, not close to, or not around, but exactly 1000 years.

So His return would be at 6000 years, He was here at the 4000th year, and would be back at the 6000th year.

He declares the end from the beginning.

We look at the first sentence from the Bible.

בְּרֵאשִׁית בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים אֵת הַשָּׁמַיִם וְאֵת הָאָרֶץ

Transliterated: Bereshit bara Elohim et hashamayim ve’et ha’aretz

Translated: In the beginning, created Elohim, Aleph-Tav (Jesus), the heavens, and earth.

He already existed in the third / highest heaven, but he created the heavens, the two lower heavens, and the earth.

Please refer to Robert Henderson Three Dimensions of Prayer: Living in Two Places at the Same Time article, for a recap on the three heavens.

And we see in the Hebrew verse, that God gives us six aleph, which is how you say “thousand” in Hebrew.

And He came at the Aleph-Tav (fourth aleph), the fourth thousand year, and will come again at the sixth aleph, the sixth thousand year.

If Jesus crucifixion happened on 32AD, then His second coming for His thousand-year millennial reign, should be in two days time which is 2000 years later: 2032.

And counting back 7-years tribulation period from 2032, we get 2025, where the tribulation would start, and the church would be raptured, so we are really close.

If Satan had not changed the times and seasons to wear out the saints.

If he (Satan) went and changed back the dates of history, and we weren’t needing to know those dates to look for the future coming of Jesus, it wouldn’t matter.

It wouldn’t matter, for him (Satan) to go through all these work. There was one intention, it was to wear out the end-time watching community.

We are watchmen, “Christian” in Hebrew is “Notzrim”, which is from the word sentry / watchmen.

We are watching for Him to come and rescue us out of and before the great tribulation, the seven year tribulation.

We are going to be rescued out of it, so that’s what we Christians are watching for.

Israel is watching for a Messiah to come and help them restore things here on earth, because they are blinded, they don’t understand.

You got the rest of the world, they are watching for life to get better here on earth, or the end of the world, whichever comes first.

But we are watching for the rapture, so we Watchmen / Christians, should be giving updates on when we think the rapture is.

And that is what we all did at the beginning, and after a lot of them got worn out, a lot of them have stopped looking for the rapture.

And I think that’s ashamed, that’s a mistake.

It was interesting in the parable of the ten virgins, that the five wise also fell asleep at the end.

And I say that we don’t have to, it doesn’t have to be that everybody falls asleep in order for God to come.

It was written already that it was going to come, no matter what you do.

So we are going to stay sharp and stay alert, and we are going to look at His / Jesus times and seasons.

And what he has shown us in His word over and over.

Let’s follow Jesus times and seasons, and keep watching it.

Dan 2:20-21: Blessed be the name of God forever, for wisdom and might are His. And He changes the times and seasons, He removes kings and raises up kings, He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to those who have understanding.

Let us not fall into Satan’s trap or deception, as he attempt to wear out the saints, thinking to change the times and seasons.

Dan 7:25: And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws

But we the saints in Christ, of the most High, will have ultimate victory to posses, rule and reign over all kingdoms of the world (Dan 7:22).

Finally, it is interesting to note that in the creation account, God on the first day of creation, created time too.

When God who is eternal enters a realm based on time, time bows its knee towards Him.

If today you haven’t bowed your knees to Jesus as your Lord and Saviour, why not do it now, then having to do it later when the saints posses the kingdom, and every knee shall bow at Jesus second coming (Matt 24:30).

You can be saved from God’s wrath and the tribulation, when you believe that Jesus is Lord, and that He came to earth fully God and fully man, for the purpose of making away for us to be with Him forever.

There always had to be a blood atoning sacrifice for the remission of sins, and Jesus came to perform this once and for all, when He shed His innocent blood dying on the cross.

He was buried that day, and rose again three days later, just as Scripture told us He would.

And the Bible tells us that when we believe He did this, we are saved.

Jesus paid it all, the only thing that we have to do is believe.

Things like our own good works, and getting baptised, are things that happen after we are saved.

So let’s believe in Jesus’ finished work on the cross for us today, and eagerly expect His coming for us soon!
